Shape Up Sugar Land (SUSL) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, based in Sugar Land, Texas

Mission Statement:  The mission of Shape Up Sugar Land is to connect the community, raise awareness and encourage activities that foster a healthy lifestyle.

Vision Statement: SUSL supports and provides all of the citizens in Fort Bend County, Texas with the resources to make healthy lifestyle choices.

The SUSL website comprehensively lists opportunities for healthy exercise, nutritional intake, and overall health and wellness information. This community resource also includes restaurants providing healthy meals and local health events.
